October 31, 201114 yr Any idea if and when the PMDG 737NGX will be available on CD/DVD?Thanks:RTHEdit: I have absolutely nothing against downloading, but this bird sure will make for a dandy Christmas present this December for many. Like I am sure many others, we are always asking each other what we want for Christmas. When my wife asks me what I want this year, if this fine bird of a feather is available on a disk I would love to be able to tell her to order the NGX (and she will frown). My only reason for picking the disk is that she will be ordering on her computer, not mine and the one on which the installation will take place. I am assuming that such a download on another computer would create a hassle at best. I realize that PMDG may choose to wait for a possible SP2 availability before supplying disks. If not available until after Christmas, I would just as soon go ahead and download (may anyway). Sure would make a nice Christmas present though. Respectfully:RTH
October 31, 201114 yr Not for a few months yet. I doubt it would be available on DVD in time for Christmas. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64

There is no problem, as long as you don't try installing it on both computers you wont have a issue.Your wife can buy and download it on her computer, transfer it (usb drive or whatever) to your computer, install and enjoy. October 31, 201114 yr It doesn't matter which computer you use to buy/download it. The computer you install it on must be connected during activation, that's the only catch. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64
October 31, 201114 yr Author Thanks folks:Sounds like a winner any which of way. Also sounds like just about all of the problems are solved by SP1 with a clean installation.RTH
