Ramana, just download and install FS Recorder and enjoy better instant replays. It's FREEWARE for heaven's sake, so it's not like it will cost you more than a few minutes of time...

Never heard of the one: never go the easy way?

I suspect that the inbuilt replay system is fairly taxing on systems, so the MS developers probably had to limit it to some degree to avoid crashing peoples machines. AI is I guess a good example of something that would be quite taxing as FSX has to save the information to proivde a replay thorughout a flight (not sure what the limit is in seconds/minutes). Sometimes quality has to be scrificed at development stage to make these things work at all, but everyone would be complaining if too many resources were put into the replay causing it to affect the quality of the sim in normal mode.IAN
