Feel There E-Jets

Hi DJ, I know it is not directly related to this thread but as you run this package, do you happen to know if there are any take off performance calculators available for the EMB 170/190 somewhere?

I would like to use the flex take off function by entering assumed temperatures for more realistic take off. I know and run TOPCAT but they are inactive at the moment and it is unlikely they will do an EMB performance datafile in the near future...

Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with this one - I've looked all over the web and can't find any runway performance data, flight planning data other than cruise burn stuff, or performance calculators for the E-Jets. Per FeelThere/Wilco, this data is not publicly available. The only thing I can suggest is that you set up a standard situation with a long runway and check standard, TO-1, TO-2, and several assumed temps for differences in takeoff roll distance and time. Some comments in the FT forum for the E-Jets suggest that temperature de-rates are not well modelled anyway, with diffs of 500 feet or so regardless. I have not tested to confirm or refute that.

Thanks for your reply. I will try your suggestions and see how it goes.
