I just bought the program 737 NGX and paid for it, I cant regester nor can I down load the program?? Help[

need your full name as well as per forum rules. Have your tried to go to your account and download from there, there should be a download link where you download from. Once you downloaded it if you have win 7 your right click as admin to install it follow the prompts. Make sure you say yes when you load fsx for the first time for the modules to load correctly than there should another box should appear where you put in your activation code in, this is where some people have troubles where i hadnt. sometimes the box appears behind the fsx screen apparently and you have to min the fsx to see it. than continu on as normal select the ngx and hopefully you have no mor e troubles. Read the introduction manual that comes with it carefully at least twice other wise you will find helpful hints in here on what to do etc.

Did you open an account on te pmdg website? If so you can log in and check previous orders. It will provide a download link and your activation code.If you didn't do that check your spam/junk folder for an order confirmation. If the email doesn't have the link you can use the order number (it should surely be there) to view your order on their website.If you can't do that you will need to open a support ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx you'll need to register there, it's sepaate from your account on their commerce website.
