I've seen posts from people running it on 2.6ghz c2d's. If you have at least that I'd say yes.

I've been running on Athlon X2 at 3.0Ghz and 6gigs DDR2 RAM for some time now. I had to scale back some of the FSX settings a bit but it was certainly flyable.
