hello,Is it ok, if there is SINGLE CH caution during approach? even close to runway it changes to LAND 3. should be it like this, or something is wrong? I was doing everything according to manual.

Miroslav Murin

Yes, that is correct. It is not a caution but the AFDS status. It will announce Single Channel (after capturing the localizer in APP mode) untill below 1500 ft.It then changes to Land 3 provided you have engaged both autopilots. ( before 800 ft )Fred.

Thank you.And do you know, what function has "CABIN LIGHTS" in "FS ACTIONS" mode on the CDU? I did not notice any change, when I turn it to AUTO, or MANUAL mode.

Miroslav Murin

If you select manual choose one of the options. FULL, %75, %50 etc. Then look outside of the aircraft at night. If you selected FULL %100 then when looking at the aircraft from the outside view the lights shining through the windows will be very bright.
