Does anyone know of any way to contact PMDG? They shipped my order on 11/9 and I have not received it.I can't find any listing for PMDG Simulations, LLC in the yellow pages or the white pages. There seems to be no way to contact them on their site. When I log into my PMDG account and click "Contact Us", I get a file not found error.They have excellent products but their business sense seems to be lacking.If anyone from PMDG is watching, my order code is OCM7221862787.hwade

You can log into the commerce website & view your previous orders. If its for an aircraft you'll find the download link & activation key there.If that doesn't help register on their support site & open a ticket.

I take it it's one of the sets of manuals you're waiting on?

What are they shipping, a manual? Those come from the printer directly, I believe. Plus, they won't necessarily respond to you unless you put your name on your post, as requested by the forum rules.
