Mapping FSX Controls to X-Plane

Featured Replies

Community,Has anyone mapped the same controls (Keyboard/Joystick) commands to X-plane? The user interface is very interesting in XP10.Tim

The user interface is very frustrating IMHO...And the axes orientation is a guessing game..Trying to assign the correct axes to prop and mixture..The engine in the Baron dies with mixture on richso I assume it is backwards.. but the lever does notmove in the cockpit..OK, as best I can tell, the throttle direction is default, but the mixture needs to be reversed. Now, to figure out how to get the hat switch assigned for view controls..

I just got plain lost trying to locate the brakes on the user interface. Trying to look left to right using my ch product is still eventful. Will take time to get use to but hoping for help.Tim

I have no problem with my Saitek Stick & Yoke. For Brakes you need to map to "Hold Brakes at Maximum" located on the "BUTTON BASIC"S" TAB.For the HAT SWITCH I use :General Command Tilt UpGeneral Command Tilt DownGeneral Command Pan Left FastGeneral Command Pan Right FastHope this helps.Look in your Root Directory for "Instructions Folder" for the manual.
