Cost Idex is airline specific. Airlines due to not publish this for the general population, even in flightaware.comFurthermore, cost index varies throughout flights due to several reasons. If you use something between 15 and 30 you will be fine.

Alaska didn't appear to be on that list so for AS flt planning AS uses the CI of 15 for almost all routes and CI of 45 for all ETOPS routes.
