Altitude difference between a/c and ATC

When flying IFR, the ATC radar contact report always puts me 300 ft above my PFC altitude. This happens above and below transition altitude regardless of the baro setting of STD or field report. Also: Why does FSX ATC report a different baro pressure for the same airport from FSC9 or REX weather?Let me know if you've seen this. Thanks.

First of all, the 737 is equipped with at least a mode S transponder, and second, the altitude when the altimeter is set to 29.92 must be the same (+-125ft but is able to mantain the 25ft of increments) of what is reported by the transponder (or transponders are to be considered inoperative).The altitude data comes from the same sources of the altimeters (ADIRU) so they are the same as they are digital.Reading the other post it could be linked to a limitation of FSX, but, if it is, this problem is the same for other aircrafts, however this is the first time I hear it on a fs plane. But I don't fly online so may be it is something I missed.There is a way to check transponder altitude without flying online? Just to make tests on it.
