December 1, 201114 yr Just tried to purchase more credits and and at the end of the payment process something came up in another language and I have no idea what it said. No credts have made it to my account. I searched the Navigraph site ffor a way to send an email to question this.....can't find a way to email them directly......when there appears to be no contact info I get concerned.....no direct way that I saw though I may have missed it. Hope they check this forum and will PM me. Otherwise I will go to my credit card company. Dave
