Hi CarlI think you made the right choice. I've never had any luck with those converters jahman recommends. Just install the card and plug in; you should have no trouble. You will need to download Pete Dowson's software - PFC.DLL from http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html. Also you will find his full copy of FSUIPC to be vital.Good luck. You won't regret this buy. It transformed my FS experience 10 years ago.
