December 5, 201114 yr I followed the suggestion of Ryan at PMDG to re-install the 737 to deal with the panel issue. When I tried, I was confronted with an expired URL. I emailed PMDG who promptly responded that I would need to purchase the Extended Service. It's not about the money - its a measly $5 - but the suggestion to purchase it given the very newness of the product. Kinda disappointing :( .... Make no mistake, I value what you do; your products are unquestionably great - but when you say "re-install" - also say you'd have to pay for a new link. It's called Full Disclosure! >>> Warren

December 5, 201114 yr I agree with you. PMDG's products are the best ever, especially the NGX. But in my opinion it's quite rediculous that we have access to re-download for only a year. Why not unlimited access? We have paid for the product! We are getting great support all the time, but this is the only thing that I can't understand...Luckily I backed up the original installer on a disc. Arjen Vandervelde
December 5, 201114 yr Author Back-up? Hmm - no. This was my first non-CD payware that I've purchased. Didn't even know one could back-up the download :(
