Hi Everyone Strange thing is happening when I installed TNCM's newest airport scenery: Only cargo ramps can be selected; no gates. I know, with my previous install (W8) I could select gate A1, A2, etc. Now with W8.1, I only see cargo ramps. Any suggestions? I have emailed FlyTampa support, but have not heard back from them. Hi Everyone! Looking for some opinions/suggestions/advise: I plan to migrate from FSX to P3D I notice on P3D's website that I have the option of 3 licenses. I want to try out P3D, first. Will the $9 license for developers give me full access to the P3D that is similar to that of FSX? And if I load Airbus X Extended, will it fly like FSX? Or must I purchase the Professional license that costs $199 to do that? Will using Windows 8.1 - 64 bit be an issue? Also, is the version 2 already released? I've read elsewhere that should you purchase the preceding version that you would have to purchase an entirely new license. Is there any truth to that? Hi Everyone: Recently, when flying the 737NGX - and only with the 737NGX, I get a message about an hour into the flight that my joystick isn't connected and that it would be hard to fly without it. Some research I've done advised that I should start up FSX with the joystick disconnected, and connect when aircraft is at the gate. Elsewhere I read that I should, when it happens, disconnect the joystick, pause FSX for 2 minutes, then plug joystick in. The latter worked only once. Is there a solution to this? Any help is appreciated. FSX, Windows 8, 64-bit. Warren, Toronto, Canada.

Hi Simmers, I recently upgraded my W7-64bit, to W8. It loads perfectly - even faster than W7. But when it opens, it appears to be in Windows Mode, and not Full Screen. All the menus at the top are gone with about 2 inches of the screen on each side black (I believe this means it's in Windows Mode). I will really appreciate any help, especially if there's a way to restore full screen. Big thank you! >>> Warren, Upgraded W8 version.

Hi there ... I upgraded to W8 from W7-64bit. On first open, FSX was choppy. I uninstalled it. But not the addons. Reinstalled it. It opens, but only in Window Mode. How do I get it in full screen. Will the menus on the top of the page be there. In window mode its all gone. Thx for your help. Warren > FSX

Hello RobertThank you for responding. Yes, I am referring to that tab inside FS at the top. It's from there that I connect to FSInn - and I've never had a problem with it - until I installed the newly purchased Airbus X from Aerosoft and ERJ from Feelthere. I went to the Vatsim website and clicked on FSinn (to intall) I clicked on the FSInn1.3_fccoplilot1.7.zip. It installs all the way thru. Then at the very end, I get the error msg. I have tried installing it as an Admin, but I still get the msg. I've tried to install the copilot first then fsinn and vice versa - no change. Warren

Hi FolksYesterday I installed the Embraer Range of jets from Feelthere. When I wanted to go online with VATSIM, the "Addon" tag was gone and no trace of FSinn in my computer. I found it under the Unstall stuff, unistalled it - but now I cant install it. I keep get this "Error Opening File for Writing" message. It happens right at the end of the FS Copilot set up.Any help will be great. ThanksWarren Alexander

I followed the suggestion of Ryan at PMDG to re-install the 737 to deal with the panel issue. When I tried, I was confronted with an expired URL. I emailed PMDG who promptly responded that I would need to purchase the Extended Service. It's not about the money - its a measly $5 - but the suggestion to purchase it given the very newness of the product. Kinda disappointing :( .... Make no mistake, I value what you do; your products are unquestionably great - but when you say "re-install" - also say you'd have to pay for a new link. It's called Full Disclosure! >>> Warren

Hi EveryoneI'm trying to resolve this: Yesterday when I flew into TNCM with the 700 series (wow! what a beautiful bird - thx again to a fantastic team at PMDG!) I noticed that I am not able to see the entire runway ahead of me. The view I get is about 2m forward - that's it. The opposite side only comes into view when I rotate. Is this supposed to be like this? (hopefully not). Thank you. Warren > FSX > Windows 7-64bit.

Hi GuysI am having a problem seeing the runway when in 2D as if the seat is set too high. During takeoff i only see the other side of the runway once i've raised the nose during the rotate phase. Perhaps there's something i need to click?Thanks, Warren

Hi Everyone! This is not to response to any email - can't seem to find the "new topic" button for the forum. I'm having a problem with the NGX. An hour into the flight, it starts to freeze - occasionally, FSX will show "not responding" but most times it freezes even when I don't see that. I'm not entirely sure if FSInn has anything to do with it. I did disconnect the FSInn but it still froze - of course these freezings is making it impossible to fly the plane online - suffice to say, it's really dampening the overall experience. Hi Everyone I did an unstall of FSInn due to some issues with another aircraft. Since I've reinstalled it, I have noticed that shortly after take off, the 737NGX swaying kinda from left to right sometimes as much as 20 degrees finding it hard to stay on course. It all happens unitl the aircraft exceeds 23K feet. I have disabled weather in FSInn and have disabled FSX weather. Is there something that I am missing? Thank you >> Warren

There are so many questions in the forum didn't want mine to go missed. I installed the hofix - but on the last segment, I clicked cancel because i decided to do the fix under administrator. It still showed "installed successfully" and i clicked finish. Can i assume that all is well - or should i reinstall the hotfix under admin just to be sure. (it did delete my liveries as it said it would). Thx warren

Question: If I clicked the "cancel" button just before the entire hotfix loaded - but still got "installed successfully" msg, does it mean just that - or should I re-install the hotfix - just to make sure. The reason why I ask is that I realised at the tail end of the installation that I want to install the hotfix as an administrator, instead. This is because none of the liveries work when i install as a reg user - bur works perfectly when i install as Admin. Thx Warren

Hi EveryoneI did a new install of my CRJ Regional Jet Vol 1. Now it seems that when I load the 700 (the most popular one) it causes an error msg with FSX, then closes - any idea why? Especially when the 200 and 900 are working fine ... I've tried another livery - still happens. Any help will be appreciated. FSX - Windows 7 64-bit Warren
