If you have a slow internet connection you might want to go for the boxed version..Aaron G.

Zero difference between the two versions software-wise. If you can download the file and burn it to a CD, you have essentially the same thing. There's a few extras like some of the liveries included on the CD, a very basic printed manual (not written by us) etc.

Boxed is going to be SP1b - SP2 is a ways off now, this will be the last update for a while.
