Hi all, was just browsing through ASN (Aerosoft Simulation News) and saw a new company called AWG Simulations is developing a highly detailed CRJ-100/200 for FSX. There freeware sceneries have been decent and their in-development payware sceneries look nice. Ever since I installed REX Essentials my FPS have more than halved! I used to get 21FPS at the foot of the runway at Heathrow with UK2000 Heathrow, Aerosoft VFR London and the Horizon Photoscenery but now I struggle to get 9FPS! I tried removing REX but that didn't fix it. :( Any ideas? Aaron G.

Are you sure it is activated with your license key? I would advise removing it and then reinstalling it, and make sure it is activated with the license key! Also, are you sure you don't have the demo version? Aaron G.

I uninstalled v2 and rebooted my system and only then did I install Essentials and I have got no FPS impact. Aaron G.

I was simply asking why as I wanted to add my flag to my sig. I can see your point when people of lots of images of their payware, but having 2 images wouldn't do much damage, would it? Aaron G.

Why are we only allowed 1 image on our AVSIM Signatures? I want to have my PMDG 737NGX banner and the flag of my country. What is the reason, can it not be changed to 2 images? Aaron G.

You can't really compare the 2 add-ons! The Captain Sim 757, while it boasts greater system depth it is in reality much less accurate and not as close to a real world 757 as the Quality Wings offering. The QW757 also represents better value for money. Although the QW 757 may have lite systems, what it does simulate is simulated to an excellent degree so the term lite is a little undermining. The CS 757 is also a FPS hog, worse than the CS 767 and PMDG 737NGX! If visuals float your boat go the the CS757 but if you want an overall better product go for the QW757. Hi all, I want to know if there is a CRJ-200 for FSX? I know Wilco have one but it is old, dated and has several issues with FSX. I want it to be as realistic and as complex as possible. Any suggestions welcome. :) Aaron G.

As far as I know there isn't much difference between X-Plane 8 and 10 scenery development apart from newer tool versions and better graphics. Aaron G.
