Everytime I load the cold & dark cockpit I keep on having an issue with the main door...Even when the main door is closed after b4 starting the engine...on the ecam it's written main door open during the entire flight... this issue only happens when I start in cold & dark cockpit..

You need to arm the doors using the FMC Shortcuts - Doors page. By the way the display is the EAD. Not ECAM (Airbus term).
