I've downloaded all files for AS2012, but when I run the install program, using Administrator Rights, I get error messages about being unable to install cloud files. I've attached both messages I got. Please help. I am re-downloading all files again in hopes I get non-corrupt files this time.

We have had a very few isolated reports of this which we are assuming are corrupt downloads. If you continue having any trouble after removing all files and redownloading again, please contact us and we'll forward you alternative links. Thank you!!!
