Invalid license message installing AS2012

Hi,I am trying to install AS2012, but when i put the ASE license key (from Simmarket) I get the error that the license is invalid.I tried to submit a ticket in the support center, but that seems also impossible.Help please !!!!!

Hi,You need to enter your AS2012 key first, then ASE key after.What's the problem with support center?

Hi,thanks a lot for the immediate support .. feeling me really dum !!! Now everthing is fine.About the support center seems that my previois login account is no more valid, now I was trying to open a new oneThanks again
