Black skies with AS2012

Featured Replies

I have this black sky issue with AS2012. When below a ceratin altitude, the sky above is continuosuly getting more black as I climb. Then at some altitude, I pass through this black layer. Then after a certain altitude the sky below is black.Below are the screenshots:29084.jpg16fbd.jpgPreviously I was using ASE together with ASE with no problemsMurat Okay

Hi,We've never seen this... but it sounds like a cirrus texture is being improperly depicted. Are you using any shader3 mods?

Hello,I think I have the same issue here. I am using Shader3. I have screenshots but couldn't attach. In may case I see gray shaded (semi transparent) horizontal (parallel to the earth) rectangular patches tangent to the cloud layes, these are four patches overlaying slightly on each other.Regards,Suavi Akar

Hi,If using Shader3 mods, we recommend contacting the author for help with this. We are not familiar with the latest issues of this mod, but it has been attributed to many graphical issues, most of which are not related to or affected by AS2012 in any way.if you are unable to find a resolution please contact our support department and we can investigate in detail, but please try sorting the issue with shader 3 first. Thanks!
