Hi,Did you double check the installation instructions?I suspect you may be missing a step. How to Install:Backup the pre-existing 2D and VC cockpit version panel.cfg files located in both locations listed below:Microsoft Flight Simulator XSimObjectsAirplanesPMDG747-400panelpanel.cfgMicrosoft Flight Simulator XSimObjectsAirplanesPMDG747-400panel.vcpanel.cfgNext, overwrite these panel.cfg files with the updated versions included in this package.Important Notes:After installing these panel.cfg files, do NOT use the FS2Crew Start Center to manage your PMDG 747 panel.cfg files. If you need to manage your PMDG 747 panel.cfg files, do it manually.

Wooops, that was my bad.I confused your product with the button control version. Those update instructions were for the "non" Voice Control version. Disregard all those instructions. The 800i is supported out of the box by the Voice Commander. Please re-install the Voice Commander... make sure you have the latest version. Re-download it to ensure you have the latest version.Best,
