Hello Adam, I believe this has been resolved but if you continue having trouble activating your support account, please enter a ticket in the sales department and we will get this fixed as well as address any issues/questions you have. Thanks!

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
