FSX SP! or SP2 Simconnect

Hello folks out there , i just want to say that i have reloaded and updated , reloaded the sim , two times in fact.i made sure all files are in the right place , on both machines .i guess the bottom line is this i deal with this update everytime, i have done everything and im tired of messing around with your product, it is not user freindly.i have owned your product for several years and i mostly use the default weather engine , i have only had your software working twice since i have owned it.all i want to do is get that ridiculous SP1 crap out of the way.i went to your site and it was no help , other than what is obvious and that is to reload everything.which i did twice maybe three times.i may sound harsh but i have been at this for three days and two nights.im not for sure on buying another of your product , because it is a headache in getting it up and running. So im needing a work around from SP2 , i know its loaded because , it just does not work.:)So can someone help me so that i can fly:):):)
