The head up display stopped working sometime along aircraft use, not sure exactly when as it is seldom used. Yes it is properly selected. Any ideas how to restore it?

Attach your DLL.XML file (it's corrupt from what it sounds like) to a support ticket and PMDG will repair it for you.
