December 30, 201114 yr Did you pay for extended download service? If not then that is what you need to do if you don't have an installer backed up on your computer. December 30, 201114 yr You should get a response soon I purchased extended download service around 7am pst yesterday and submited a ticket and received a e-mail confirming reactivation of my download around 2 pst.Captain Dan
