ASA/ASE serial doesn't work for AS2012?

Guys, please help me with this problem: I bought AS2012 upgrade on the 25th of December and yesterday I tried to run it for the first time. Unfortunately AS2012 doesn't start as it does not accept my ASA/ASE upgrade key to some reason. I run AS2012 on a clean Client (no ASA/ASE installed).Thanks,Dirk.

Mine was an upgrade also, with new code.
I've just checked my orders log on simmarket and it's there! You made me thinking, srcooke, thanks! The receipt from simmarket that came to my email did not have any code on it. So I started trying the old ones.Thanks again, and Happy New Year, guys! LOL.gifCheers,Dirk.
