HELP! Can't use my NGX.

Hello all,I had been able to use my NGX since yesterday with my new PC that I bought just a month ago, I installed Wilco and I wanted to start FS, my default flight starts with NGX, and it asked me for Activation Code? Even though it recognises the physical machine? When I enter the activation code, it tells me:"Error: flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1)"After I click OK, it says You do not have a valid product." etc.What the problem is?Thanks a lot.

Are you saying that the NGX was working properly until after you installed a Wilco product? That may be the problem, as certain Wilco aircraft installers are notorious for corrupting the text entries in the DLL.XML file, which many add-ons depend on to load properly. Also, be sure that the current date and time are set properly on your PC.If you do have a bad DLL.XML file, PMDG support will be able to repair it for you.

Don't forget you have to log back in and check the status of your support ticket as that is where you will get your reply. Far as I know they don't send you an email.
