Great topic, since I studied media convergence and it's impact on Canadian society last semester! Well, I received a very nice gift from my wife. She went out on a limb and picked this out all by herself. I've never been a collector of any type of memorabilia, but this is pretty cool. I don't think that she fully realizes that she just may have created a "collecting monster" by giving me this.It's made from mahogany wood, hand painted, lacquered, and then signed by Chuck Yeager. It comes with full documentation including a certificate of authenticity signed again by Yeager, and a photo of him signing the piece. Just Flight's new VFR Photographic Scenery.A briliant product and, IMHO, the future direction of FS graphics. It's a little odd flying without all the 3d clutter, though! But this is only the mk1 version - I'd guess it won't be long until someone starts putting the correct 3d buildings into the correct place on the vfr map.Happy New Year
