I tend to fly from the 2d cockpit with the left CDU open on a second monitor. However this morning I was unable to open the left CDU. I tried the clickspot in the 2d panel, I tried the zoom clickrpot in VC, nothing. So i flew with the right CDU open but of course was unable to step through my flight plan (well I could have from the FO's seat but too much hassle)Does anybody have a suggestion how to get my CDU back ?

It is listed in the View/instrument panel. I was in our gorgeous VPA livery. Your reply made me think, I switched to another plane and voila there was my CDU. I switched back to the VPA livery and my CDU was back. problem solved, thanks very much !
