I think that controls lots of addon airport and airplane stuff from various companies.

I got fsdtdream airports and they use that progrmane for their airports key mapping etc for short cuts to open up doors of hangers etc or open up the gate entries as well as others

Don't you mean the Coutl program (with L)? If so, that's required program for your FSDT sceneries to work. If you delete it they don't work anymore.
