January 23, 201214 yr I am slowly setting up my FSX and porting over AC from FS9. I have had no problems doing so, so far. Just substitute with FSX configured panels and I've been able to import and run the AC I've selected. However, one of them has me baffled. It is the Project Airbus A320. Any livery I have chosen has no effect on this anomaly. I've attached a top down view screenshot. Notice the hole in the top of the fuselage aft of center. You can actually see right through to the tarmac. In FS9, the hole is not present. Only in FSX. I am aware of the texture format differences between the two sims (FS9=bmp and FSX=dds). I used DXTbmp to convert the bmp files to dds, but the hole did not disappear. Just curious if anyone knows what is causing this?ThxChris
January 23, 201214 yr It could have be to do with the alpha map.In FS9 I belive the alpha map controlled reflections? In FSX it is transprerancy.I think....it would explain it any way :)
