January 24, 201214 yr Asked this in the FSX forum, maybe someone here knows. In FSX is there a way to turn off the ATIS voice. I have FSX and Radar Contact ATIS talking at the same time and it is hard to hear both..Thanks ipb.global.registerReputation( 'rep_post_2237565', { domLikeStripId: 'like_post_2237565', app: 'forums', type: 'pid', typeid: '2237565' }, parseInt('0') ); Phill Dant
January 25, 201214 yr You should in the FSX sound settings mixer have ATC turned down. Are you using any other application that might speak weather? RC will give you what you need pulled either from FS or in some cases from ASE.
January 25, 201214 yr Author Thanks Ronzie, I am only using the real world weather selection in FSX. I just purchased the PMDG 737 package so I am not sure what if anything this will effect RC4. I have barely cracked open the documentation, 10 hours reading 1 hour flying... got to love it! Phill Dant
January 25, 201214 yr The only restriction on RC linking with PMDG models is the copilot can not fly it. It is not a standard FS Autopilot interface. You'll have to check out RC tuning the comms for you but in the FS9 PMDG 737 series I don't have a comms problem.
