Need to re-install ngx 800/900

Hey Guy's, I recently dowloaded the sp1 for the 800/900 and am having problems. I recently scene that we needed to un-install the saved panels and also the sp1 updates, but I inadvertently un-installed everthing , I tried to login and realized i never registered my product, So I did, And then I was instructed to follow instructions that was sent via e-mail, However I never got that e-mail. Could someone Help please. I Know that you guy's are busy and it may take awhile, but wasn't sure if you got the mesage or not.

Thank's for pointing me in the right direction, I just now went there and tried to log in but it said, info not in our data base. Could this be because I just registered my product about 8 hrs ago?

There are two seperate logins at PMDG site; one for support and one for the buyer account. Make sure you're logging into the correct one..Shop uses email as username; support uses a username. I'd be suprised if your details were not registered straight away when you purchased..You could try PM'ing one of the PMDG board admins who I think all work for/are associated with PMDGGood luckbestjake

Oh that's easy, you don't! They get so many pm's you probably won't get a response. Support is handled here & by tickets. Ticket only in the case of activation issues.You should be able to click on that order and see both the download link (which expires after 7 days) and the license code for activating the ngx.Looking back over your posts, it sounds like you registered on their support site but didn't get the account validation email. If that's the case your mail server probably intercepted it. You can try re-registering with a gmail account. Ryan said they have the fewest issues with spam filters blocking their emails. You need the support account working in order to open a ticket.
