February 1, 201214 yr Hi Guys,I sure hope LM fixes the problem when you open a new window while in full screen mode. When I press ctrl+F12 the screen goes black and all sounds stop for about two to three seconds, then the screen returns with the GSX menu. After I select a GSX menu item, I have to press anywhere on the screen to bring the flightsim back into focus.Seems its a problem that LM is aware of: http://www.prepar3d.com/forum-5/?mingleforumaction=viewtopic&t=484 Former Beta Tester - (for a few companies) - As well as provide Regional Voice Set Recordings Two: AMD-9950X | One: AMD-7950X3D | Three: Asus TUF 4090s | Three: 64GB DDR5 RAM 6000mhz | Three: Cosair 1300 P/S | Three: 990Pro 2TB NVME One: Eugenius ECS2512 - 2.5 GHz Switch | Three: Ice Giant Elite CPU Coolers | Three: 75" 4K UHDTVs | One: Boeing 737NG Flight Deck
February 22, 201214 yr Switching across three screens - I use a TV screen as a large immersive monitor, and the other two for instruments and the like. Each time I work on an application on another screen than the screen running the game, the sound stops, and I have not only to bring the mouse pointer back over the game screen, I have to click to return focus. Then the sound restarts, But through it all the game continues.Just to make it a little more complex, when I work on a undocked window from the game on another screen, P3D obviously interprets this as being 'in' the game and the sound continues. February 22, 201214 yr Yep, and opening the ATC window is another bug. Simmerhead - Making the virtual skies unsafe since 1987!
March 10, 201214 yr Mike: I have that problem with GSX too - otherwise it runs well. Although sometimes getting the extra doors open is a problem. i sometimes wonder whether my keyboard might be at fault! However, the pathetic voices in GSX for the pushback sequence are terrible when compared with Ready for Pushback and other similar utilities. I can't blame P3D for them. However I really wish P3D would release 1.3 asap to clean up those irritations for which they are responsible. KInd regards, Ian McPhail
