when I bought UTX /gex usa/alaska I remember there was a t weaker for alaska?? I cant seem to find it again. where should I look?

 

When you installed UTX Alaska, an 'UTX Setup Tool' should have been placed on your desktop. Direct link to the forums is here: http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum19_page1.html. Never heard of a spam blocker for Internet Explorer. For mail, yes. Perhaps it's the popup blocker?
