FLIR & Radome

Featured Replies

FolksI ws minding my own business, trying to get Origin Pacific's ZK-JSN to come out as Origin NNNN, instead of Zulu-Kilo-minus-Juliet-Sierra (yes, it was saying minus and not putting the november on the end, and I switched livery mid-flight. The external view came back with an FLIR under the nose (aft of the nose wheel bay) and an external radome a little further after. Any idea what happened there? The curve in the radome and the screws holding it on all fit with the fuselage profile. I went back, selected another livery, and swapped back again to JSN, but it was gone. Am I going mad?CheersMike DrydenPS - In my quest to solve, I saw links to EVP, so all sorted. Now I need to get it to say Brindabella.

Nope - there's an extra model in there for the Hong Kong Gov with all of that extra stuff on it and sometimes FSX gets confused.

Thanks. I wondered if that was it - I don't have the HK Gov model.Mike

The model is there in the background (if you look in the J4100's folder it's in there), but you'd need to download the livery for it to work like it's supposed to, though.
