February 2, 201214 yr Suddenly I have lost all traffic including default.Does anyone have any tips on reclaiming ?
February 2, 201214 yr You more than likely have a FS9 traffic BGL installed somewhere on your system, likely in Scenery/world/scenery. Even a single fs9 traffic bgl will shut down every FSX traffic BGL. Download and run this software called TrafficX_BGLcheck.exe and it will find and delete it for you. Then FSX life will return to its normal unbuggy placid, super performing self. :( Guaranteed to work or double your troubles back!http://updates.justf...cX_BGLcheck.exeKind regards
February 3, 201214 yr Stephen ,thanks for the quick reply.I tried the bgl scan but it does nothing..left it on for at least 1hr and so far no joy
February 3, 201214 yr Maybe your fsx.cfg got somehow changed. Check if it looks like this:[Main]User Objects=Airplane, HelicopterSimObjectPaths.0=SimObjectsAirplanesSimObjectPaths.1=SimObjectsRotorcraftSimObjectPaths.2=SimObjectsGroundVehiclesSimObjectPaths.3=SimObjectsBoatsSimObjectPaths.4=SimObjectsAnimalsSimObjectPaths.5=SimObjectsMisc Regards, Tom
February 3, 201214 yr Sorry about that! An embedded FS9 Traffic BGL is usually the first culprit to check for. A double refund for your troubles can be picked up at our Customer Service Center. Kind regards,
February 3, 201214 yr Bad weather here in Denver today. Perhaps all the pilots went home.I think we need more information. Did you add or remove anything lately? Are your traffic BGLs still in Scenery/World/scenery? Some add on traffic software will rename your default file.An FS9 traffic file will delete traffic where you spawn, but FSX traffic will come from outside your area if you wait long enough. Bob i5, 16 GB ram, GTX 960, FS on SSD, Windows 10 64 bit, home built works anyway.
