How do you reinstall??? my hard drive crash on my new computer.

If you didn't save the installers on a portable or DVD (highly recommended) you'll need to purchase the extended download service ($5) and open a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com to get a new download link. The license key can be obtained by logging into your account at precisionmanuals.com and viewing you order history.Edit: If you do download the installer(s) again, it/they will already include all updates. You won't need to download/install sp1b.
