February 9, 201214 yr Hi guys, I'm one of the oddballs who enjoys flying low and slow over cool scenery rather than the technical aspects of aviation, so I'm pretty interested / excited by Flight. I regularily play Rise of Flight, and once all the bogeys are down I often spend as much time following a river upstream admiring the farms and villages and buzzing a train here and there. However, I'm a little concerned by a post which alluded to the lack of TrackIr support.. has this been substantiated? I know the videos are all about letting the first-timer play with just a mouse, but I figure if you do have a cockpit and presumably can mouse around in there (although selling the Mustang without one's a little weird...) , it ought to be simple stuff to allow head tracking. It's hard to fly a plane sim these days without it.(I'm also assuming joystick support is still in there, this being microsoft, selling gamepads and all...)
February 9, 201214 yr Author Ugh, committed the cardinal sin of not paging back to see if my question came up ... it did, it was answered, a moderator said TIR was supported. Good stuff, sorry for the tedious retread of an old topic. Where do I delete this thread, no button? :( Edited February 9, 201214 yr by spiffy

February 11, 201214 yr TrackIR support is top of my list for essentials - without it, my 'flight' time will be minimal.
