Hi everyone , i just bought the PMDG 747. I have read the manual but the part the i don't understand is that is not the same as when you press autothrottle + speed hold switch . The speed doesn't maintain as selected. The FMC fallows the flight plan an everything i understood that part since the FMC is just like the CDU. Also when i try to climb to Cruise Altitude it doesn't maintain the altitude that i assign. I try pressing the VS switch an Selected 1500 Ft per minute. Please anyone that is good using the PMDG help me out . Give me some tips . Tell me what you guy does after takeoff how do you set your autopilot . So the speed can go as you choose an altitude as you choose as well .Please post your tips an flying skill that you guys may know about using FMC in the PMDG 747 any thing that can help would be helpful thank you . Beside i get better understanding when some one explain to me in there own word what to do instead of just reading PDF manual
