For some unknown reason my registered version (4.3) needed to be reloaded. I've sent a couple e-mails requesting my key code to unlock the program but no answer back. Can someone from radar contact please send me my code.

If you sent the automatic registration e-mail from your original e-mail address and user name then you should get a reply within an hour unless there are link difficulties. There are limits on the number of times a key will be reissued automatically.Have you checked your pc and isp spam folders? jdtllc.com needs to be passed through.If you have changes in your e-mail address then it will need to be manually handled. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] subject registration update user information and key. I haven't changed my e-mail. I've manually sent the request twice today.
