I am not aware of any computer that has a VGA input unless is a recording device of some type? The pictures you are seeing are a second monitors hooked to the Video Card output.

Check out Maxvista..like ronski had suggested. I had it installed about two years ago.. and it worked like a second monitor. I could drag GPS and other windows from FSX into it... It works exactly like a second monitor. Its been a while, but it does have a slight performance hit. Bought an ELO 19" touch screen monitor and stopped using maxvistaManny
