Hi Guys,Since getting the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, iv downloaded LINDA. Cant beleive iv not used it before, the software is amazing! So thank you to all the people who have worked on this!Just one question - Im thinking of getting the VRInsight MCP panel, now that i see LINDA supports it. My question is, how well does it work with PMDG stuff? I see in the sticky that its mostly good, just some problems with the displays? I read somwhere that the heading display on Saitek hardware would not sync with whats being displayed on the Virtual Cockpit. Is this the case with the MCP?Has anyone got the MCP and LINDA to work with any thing else other than the NGX? Specifically the 747, MD11 and ConcordeX? Can it be configured to work with any plane?Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, but i would like to know this before coughing up £400! :-)Thanks again guys!

Hello,I moved your topic into support...Yes, with some PMDG addons and maybe other ones, the displays are not synched with the VC MCP!!That is simply, because we could not get data out of the addons. But in this case you have always the current flight datas, current ALT, HDG, SPD etc.So your display is not useless.Radios do work normally with all addons.Luckily, the NGX and JS41 do work ...

Hi, thanks for your reply.Sorry, i dont know what you mean by "the displays are not in sync ... you always have current flight data ... so displays are not useless". ?If the displayes dont sync with the plane, then we wont have current flight data, no? :-/"Luckily, the NGX and JS41 do work" - everything work for the MCP, including sync?

Normally, the MCP Combo shows the Autopilots variables: your setted Altitude, setted HDG etc.(e.g. you dial into your Autopilot ALT 20000, the MCP Combo will show then also ALT 20000)So, "no sync" means, that we could not synchronise the Autopilot values with the MCP Combo. In this case, you will see you current flight information, e.g. on ground, when you dial into your Autopilot ALT 20000, you'll see in the MCP Combo Display ALT 1000 (if your airport is on 1000ft )So current flight data, or flight info means you have your current ALT, HDG etc of the plane actually. Not the values you dialed into your Autopilot! And yes with JS41 and NGX, these Autopilot displays are synced with the MCP Combo displays. However you could change between Autopilot and Flight Info on the displays. You'll also see, gear state and flap state on the display

Go it, i see what you mean.Just one more question - although the MCP is not necesssarily in sync, we can still use the dials to make adjustments, yes? So i can turn the heading, alt, and speed dial on the MCP and see it change on the plane?Thank you for your help, i appreciate it.
