Engine Start Up

Featured Replies

I configured the whole MCP and FMC and the APU is on. I started with the NGX Short Panel State. I can't seem to start the No.2 engine. I can start No.1, but never No.2. I turn the ignition start switch to the right, then I turn the right engine switch to GND or Ground, but the N2 gauge never rises. Packs are off. The engine 1 starts fine following those steps. Can someone please walk me through the steps or tell me what I am doing wrong.

Did you put the crossbleed valve on auto or on?

I don't remember messing with a switch with that name. So it is probably what it had at default for the NGX Short package.

It´s the switch in the middle between the two pack swiches. It has to be on "Open" or "Auto".
