Best texture pack? and weather? not REX

Hi,Just a quick Q, could someone give me an idea on a texture pack and weather pack for FSX? that isnt REX v2.Cheers JIm currently looking at an Aero File pack

I actually have REX, but it keeps getting stuck on the install. im just waiting for REX essentials.

GEX/FEX/ASE. And freeware FSWC to tweak the water. Ok, that's four products instead of one, but it they work brilliantly for me.

I actually have REX, but it keeps getting stuck on the install. im just waiting for REX essentials.
it does take ALOT of patience :)
