HiFor what i know the easiest way is to use LINDA.I am just curious why you dont use it to resolve your question ?

I try to minimize the number of programs that run on my desktop which runs FSX.Everything else I run on a remote laptop through my network.It's really a simple request...no reason I should have to install 3rd party addons to get basic functionality as a toggle ability for something as simple as a fuel cutoff switch.Even level-d included a toggle for their cutoff switches, and that sim is aged and dated.

You already got FSUIPC, a quick google search would probably give you the information you needed to learn how to program this script yourself. You would also get an incredible sense of accomplishment when you have finished writing it. Its a win-win situation really :)
