February 24, 201214 yr Hi guys, I'm facing a problem with my 737ngx. The HGS doesn't show the informaions. I saw in one of the foruns that it could be a .dll problem. Does anyone could help me to fix it??? Thanks
February 24, 201214 yr It's almost always (99.9999% of the time) a problem with your dll.xml file. Just in case you're the 0.0001% however, try the following things first.1) find the HGS panel behind the radios on the center pedestal and make sure the CLR button is not illuminated. Pressing it clears the display.2) there's a brightness knob above you beside the combiner hinge & latch. Give it a few turns to make sure it isn't dimmed. If neither of those fixes it you will need to open a support ticket and attach your dll.xml file to it. Pmdg will fix the problem & send you a corrected file.Edit: a forum search will turn up instructions if you want to fix the file yourself, but it's easier (and safer for most users) to let them do it.
