February 24, 201214 yr Hi,Throttles wiil advance briefly then revert, uncommanded, to idle power . On ground and in air. Problem common to all aircraft. CH Flightstick calibrated.ThanksJack
February 24, 201214 yr Are you using FSUIPC for any throttle settings?? I once had a week of headbanging and the usual "try this try that" throttle problems. When nothing seemed to work I D/L'ed a new FSUIPC. Before installing it I deleted the old version instead of simply overwriting. Worked like a champ. February 24, 201214 yr If using FSUIPC, check for rogue key mappings in FSX. You may have the throttle mapped to two different inputs.I will say my Saitek TQ does some strange things. It is really jittery and bounces around a bit. Its too old to get my money back so I just deal with it. If at all possible assign all your hardware via FSUIPC. You will never look back. You may have the throttle mapped to two different inputs.+1. The duplicate assignment s resetting your throttle in FSX to idle.Cheers,- jahman.
