February 24, 201214 yr I am researching the different options available for me to run an MCP, PFD and ND on a separate monitor run via a second computer. I am very interested in the Prosim 737 system that is available and was wondering whether anyone uses it with the NGX, or is this something that needs to wait for the SDK? It will simply be used as glass instruments and so no hardware will be involved. Cheers guys... February 24, 201214 yr I made some inquiries about this and it does not work with NGX only FSX model 737 and FSX aircraft shame because it's great. Hope that helps. http://fs2crew.com/banners/Banner_FS2Crew_MJC_Supporter.png Wayne HART

February 25, 201214 yr No worries it would be good if it did work with NGX as its very handy, maybe the SDK will change that? Wayne http://fs2crew.com/banners/Banner_FS2Crew_MJC_Supporter.png Wayne HART
February 25, 201214 yr Hi Howard,I am a Prosim user and a very happy one. Prosim737 is a standalone 737 simulation outside of FSX. It has its own 'Jetstream' flight dynamics which is specifically developed for use with the default FSX Boeing 737-800. This flight model is at least as accurate as the PMDG NGX's FDE. I originally bought the NGX to use the flight model, but since Prosim now has her own my NGX is obsolete (yes i really said this....),Prosim is suite like Project magenta or Simvionics, only a lot better : ) and aimed at cockpitbuiders. It also aims to implement as many drivers for hardware as possible by itself and therefore it is very user friendly. Check the Prosim737 forum for more info. so if you're going to build a cockpit, Prosim is the way to go. For desktop flying PMDG NGX is the best : )regards, dionPS you should google for 'LINDA LUA NGX 'maybe, i thought i have seen some drivers for Open Cockpit MCPs with the NGX : )all the best, dion
