Any ideas ?It lets me use it , but not program any buttons.Is not under the list of devices.

If you have a lot of USB devices plugged in, the list shows only 5 IIRC. Try scrolling it with the mouse wheel, as there was no scroll bar in the beta.

I use the saitek proflight set up and the minute i plug in the usb it shows in game controls setup with no problems here . I get keyboard and saitek options .
